I found Yolande to be extremely polite and professional. Not only was my own testing and feedback very detailed, but she also went the extra mile in relation to the hearing aids I now need. Possibly what impressed me the most, though, was the professionalism and care she demonstrated when I recounted my daughter’s experience with sudden hearing loss that had happened a few days before. Her genuine concern to ensure that my daughter was receiving appropriate medication from an ENT was very reassuring, and as it turned out, spot on. Thank you, Yolande.
